Name, Iya Overstreet
Miami Beach, FL (by way of Cincinnati, OH)
Business: Urban Woman Culture
My whole purpose in creating #OHHEYSIS was to carve out a digital space for women like me and Iya. It's cool having a hashtag like #blackgirlmagic and all, but actually living it and sharing it with other women is another level of boss moves. Iya's movement, Urban Woman Culture, is on that level, connecting women of color by their talents, interests and overall magic. Shout out to Instagram for connecting us and shout out to Iya for joining the #OHHEYSIS tribe to tell us all about her business journey. Enjoy ladies! - Meek
